General Manager (HR)

Educational Qualification:
A full-time MBA in HR or a master’s degree in personnel management with at least 60% marks from a government-recognized university/institute. For CDA candidates from Railways/Government organizations: Graduation in any discipline from a government-recognized institution/university.
Experience Criteria :
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 19 years of executive experience in human resources/personnel management, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as HR policy formulation and implementation, industrial relations, establishment matters, labor and industrial law compliance, disciplinary proceedings, service-related matters, and end-to-end recruitment processes (both online and offline).
- Preference:
- Candidates with experience in railway/metro rail sectors and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems will be given preference.
- Age Limit : 55 years

Deputy General Manager (Architect)

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Requirement: B.Arch.
Preferred: M.Arch.
The degree must be obtained from a government-recognized university or institute.
Experience Criteria :
- Candidates must have experience in architectural planning and design for metro stations (at-grade, elevated, underground) with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and relevant standards (NFPA, NBC, MoH&UA). Minimum 09 years of experience required, including 05 years in metro design. Eligible pay scales: Level 12 (CDA) or E5/E4 (IDA).
- Age Limit : 40 years

Educational Qualification:
Required: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Preferred: M.Tech in Structures
The candidate’s qualifications must be from a government-recognized university or institute.
Experience Criteria :
- Candidates must have diverse experience in designing and/or proof-checking civil structures, including bridges, viaducts, tunnels, and railway/metro station buildings. Proficiency in structural design software is essential.
- A minimum of 18 years of experience is required, with at least 10 years in structural design/proof-checking.
- Age Limit : 56 years
